If Only

Once upon a time there was a woman who waited until the last minute to go Christmas shopping for her family. When she finally hit the mall there were so many people that she vowed never to do that again and considered going to a wilderness cabin to live out the rest of her days chopping wood and crocheting doilies.

The End.

I'm so sorry I didn't see this sooner - I have approximately 400 rolls of Scotch tape around my house...

I hate the mall even when it isn't Christmas.

I seem to get caught out every year. I swear I won't, but I do. To make matters worse, I suck at picking up on Turtle's subtle hints during the year, leaving me to rely on her wish lists. The same wish lists that my family relies upon for our gift exchange.

Result: Two of my best gift picks this year have to be exchanged because they're duplicates. [sigh]
